Nick Greer Black Fuzz
What's that!? You like the wonderful
tone from the seventies, the thick, lucious distortion that rolled forth from amps in loud,
large, crowded stadiums? Well here at Greer Amplification, we have that tone in a little box
we refer to as the Black Fuzz. This single NPN transistor distortion gives a tone that is not
available anywhere else. While using only a single transistor for distortion and boost, this
pedal will drive one into seventies wonder. Our pedal features a heavy duty stomp switch in an
indestructable enclosure. While the outside is tuff, the guts are what do the work. From the
time your guitar signal hits the input of this pedal, the gates of tone heaven begin swinging
open. The Black Fuzz features true bypass and uses a single nine volt battery. Also featured
on the Black Fuzz is a single control knob that controls volume, heavy duty jacks, and a nine
volt power supply jack. The amount of fuzz this pedal spits out is determined by guitar
volume. Let's say you like an overdrive/fuzz that screams for days, roll your guitar volume up
and you have it. Say you want an almost tube sounding grit; back off on your guitar volume and
play, the sweet melodies with trailing grit will astound you..
