About the Phoenix
From ancient Egyptian tales to Native American lore to the mysterious legends of
Arabia, the phoenix has soared through many cultures and times. Depicted as a
magnificent giant bird that rises from the ashes of its own pyre to live again, the
phoenix's alluring song was said to mesmerize even the great god Apollo. A symbol of
rebirth, the phoenix represents beauty, power, vision and inspiration

acoustic/electric guitar. The soaring inlaid bird in abalone is stunning against the
black lacquer-look finish of this cutaway folk style instrument. Constructed of select
