Carl Martin's new Two Faze is actually two separate phaser pedals in one stompbox with independent sets of controls for speed. Each "phaser" has an LED, which flashes according to the speed setting. The "select" switch allows you to switch between the two phaser settings without having to get down on your knees to alter the controls.
