Whether you’re recording, mixing or mastering, the COMPOSER PRO-XL MDX2600 gives you total dynamic control. It includes all of the features you would expect from a reference class compressor—plus a voice-adaptive de-esser, a new dynamic enhancer, authentic tube emulation and much more. These are some of the indispensable tools for producing clean, consistent audio with virtually no loss in signal quality.

Voice-Adaptive De-esser (VAD). The voice-adaptive de-esser removes "S" from vocals and sibilance from overly bright signal sources.
Authentic Tube Simulation (ATS). Tube simulation for extra warmth and transparency of classic tube circuitry.
IRC characteristic of the expander section. The interactive non-linear IRC curve that best suited to human hearing for virtually inaudible noise suppression.
Interactive Dynamic Enhancer (IDE). The interactive IDE enhancer restores high frequencies lost during heavy compression.
IKA characteristic of the compressor section. The program-adaptive IKA compression combines the advantages of "hard knee" and "soft knee" characteristics.
IGC characteristic of the limiter section. The two-stage IGC limiter provides reliable and inaudible protection against signal peaks.
