BSM BM-Q Treble Booster
The BM-Q Treble Booster is identical to the unit which Brian May utilized during the "mid-period" Queen days. Brian switched from using his Dallas Rangemaster unit (manufactured in England in the 60’s) to a silicon treble booster design to get more bite out of his AC30's. When used with a good tube amp, guitarists will find that only minimal use of the presence control (if any) needs to be dialed in. The BM-Q has the most "bite" of all the BSM line, but still allows transparent tone (covering the entire frequency range) to shine through. It is interesting to note that Brian used his silicon treble booster in front of a couple of AC30's (into the normal channel) with the volume set at three quarters. 2.25" wide x 4.25" deep x 1.5" high $250
