This is the versatile G212H Custom Deluxe cab which Avatar produces with switchable back boards for either closed back or open back design. (This unit comes with the open back board only.) The G212H Horizontal cab is easy and portable and goes great with combo amps, heads and rack systems. It comes loaded with two Celestion Century 12's. The tone distinction between open/closed back is that you get more bottom end in a closed back cab where an open back cab lets the mids and highs from the back of the speaker cones out into the room giving more of a spatial quality.

Avatar G212H Custom Handle The cab is constructed of sturdy 3/4 inch voidless plywood, which is much stronger and lighter than particle board. It is covered with Blonde Tolex and features a black grill cloth. It has two 1/4 inch jacks mounted on the steel input panel. It is configured as 8 ohm stereo. It has protective corners, and large recessed steel bar handles. The dimensions are 21" H x 29" W x 12 1/2" D. Weight is approximately 40 lbs.
